HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking number. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS) and they will have the most current information regarding your package. Bellarose Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

MAY I CHANGE OR UPDATE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Because orders begin processing immediately after they are submitted, we are unable to change an order once it is placed.

CAN I RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING IF I LIVE IN HOUSTON?
Yes! Use CODE: FREEPICKUPHTX to pick up your products ordered online at the studio. Order processing will take 1-3 business days. Once you receive an email stating ‘Your order is ready for pickup!’ please schedule a pick up appointment located within the body of the email.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Bellarose Beauty Co. processes orders Monday - Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Standard Shipping: $5.00- 3-5 Business Days

Priority Shipping: *Temporarily Unavailable  $13.00- 1-3 Business Days (If placed before 1:00 PM CST M-F) *RESIDENTIAL SHIPPING ADDRESSES ONLY*

In-Studio Pick-Up: Free- 1-3 Business Days

Local Delivery: $8.00 within 5 miles- 1-3 Business Days *$50 minimum order required

IT SAYS MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I CAN’T FIND IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Once you have received your shipping confirmation, the shipping carrier will have the most current information regarding your package. Bellarose Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! However, due to sanitation purposes all orders are FINAL SALE, no exchanges or returns.

If the item you received is damaged in transit, please contact us via email within 3 days of the delivery date with photos to initiate a return.
